I found a still shot of the blonde girl from the Mr. Brightside video, and I had to give it the old college try. Sketched and colored in Photoshop - one of these days, I'm going to revisit that muddy hair and crooked nose, but I had to walk away before I started hating her.

I just love your description, saying with humour that you are aware of things that went wrong here. Nevertheless, it's not that bad at all, skin tones are really convincing and you really well rendered volumes and expression.

Lovely painting ^.^ her name is Izabella Miko. She was also in Coyote Ugly. I have a painting that i used pic of her for posing reference. I love the colors, i feel the shadows could be a bit deeper though. +8/9

Thanks for the comments! I'm so glad you told me her name - I thought she looked familiar but couldn't put my finger on it, then I watched Coyote Ugly again the other day and had an AHA! moment
